2017 HAS BEEN GOOD TO ME!

Hey peeps.

How are you? How is the festive season coming? Well, mine is fabulous. I must say, this year has been good to me. When I cut my locs early this year, I kept having the urge to reattach them.

I invested in wigs to cover up my baby locs, I also kept on braiding them. I wasn't confident to walk around in that frizzy hair or locs that ddn'nt even look like locs.

But one day I woke up and I was like, instead of only seeing the negative side of my short locs, I should derive something positive from it. Thats how I started blogging about my 2nd loc journey.

Before I knew it, I started enjoying blogging so much, and embraced my second loc journey. I threw away all the wigs and walked with my short locs with a lot of confidence. Little did I know that blogging would bring me so much gratitude and a whole lot of new career of blogging and loc'ing services.

Lessons learnt:

*Patience is key.

*Trust the process

*Find something positive in every situation

*Do not be afraid to try

*When you fail, try again

*You can do anything you want!! Just set your mind to it

*Learn to be grateful, always

Stay blessed loves. Subscribe to get notified on new posts.

Till next time.

Yours Loc head,

Mesh.

5 BABY LOCS STYLES

Hello peeps. I must admit this rain and the cold got me really bad. My fingers get numb everytime I start typing. Just kidding. I missed you anyway. So I came up with a few styles to get you through the awkward stages of baby locs.  This is a simple style.Just hold up a few locs at the back then use a head band to hold them in place. You don't have to stress over your one month or two months old locs.   Another style for baby locs is the mohawk. This one is pretty simple too and will go with any outfit for many ocassions.  Another style is using head bands to accesorize. You can have them in different colours. This will go well with starter locs.  You can  also use  a head band with a bow to add style to your locs. Especially if you have thick hair or locs.   You can also simply put a flower on the side to bring a simple ...

What is the difference between dreadlocs, sisterlocs and brotherlocs?

DREADLOCS Dreadlocs are simply hair that has been matted together and can be formed using various methods. SISTERLOCS They are smaller than dreadlocs and their installation takes longer than that of dreadlocs.Probably twice or thrice longer. BROTHERLOCS Brotherlocs are similar to sisterlocs but are a bit larger although smaller than traditional locs. Can you unlock dreadlocs, sisterlocs and brotherlocs? Some people claim its possible but in real sense its difficult and leads to too much breakage. Most people just chop off their locs when they don't want them anymore. So what kind of locs do you have? Stay blessed!

Hey good people! We all want that beautiful skin right? Yes,potato. It has a property that is capable of making your skin tone even, free of acne and clearing dark spots. So take a potato and grate it, sing the finer side. Pour it in a small bowl, slice a lemon into two and squeeze it in to form a mixture.   Apply the mixture on the prefered area. Face, neck, hands, dark thighs and dark knuckles snd let it sit for 30 minutes then wash off with cold water. Apply twice a week for better results. This works 100%. It is safe and natural. NB*: If your skin is sensitive use honey instead of lemon.   Click here to watch the video
