After washing rice we quickly pour the water in our sinks and continue rinsing the rice.Tell you what, rice water can be used to improve hair growth in an amazing way, and also to moisturize your hair. Ever wondered why asian women have very long and beautiful black hair? Rice water was used in the ancient times by women for hair growth and also for skin care. This is how; Take a cup of rice and pour a cup of water. Rinse out the water. Or you can soak the rice overnight for best results.
Store the rice water in a jar for 24 hours. It best works when its fermented. After 24hours put the rice water in a splitz bottle and sprinkle evenly on your hair from the roots.
You can brush your hair to make sure the rice water is distributed evenly in your hair.Then, cover your head with with a shower cup for 30 minutes then wash your hair with a good shampoo. Use conditioner if you wish.In 1 week your hair will be longer and healthier. It works 100%. If you have dreads that have refused to grow you can use rice water and wash thoroughly. You don't want to leave build up in your locs.It is an amazing home remedy for your hair.

How to remove dark spots and make your skin tone even.

Hey good people! We all want that beautiful skin right? We constantly visit the stores looking for skin lighteners,scrubs,cleansers and we end up getting frustrated when they don't work to our expectations. Well, I have some good news for you. Potato. Yes,potato. It has a property that is capable of making your skin tone even, free of acne and clearing dark spots. So take a potato and grate it, sing the finer side. You want to get as much juice as possible.   The end result will look like this. Pour it in a small bowl, slice a lemon into two and squeeze it in to form a mixture.   Apply the mixture on the prefered area. TO USE WAX OR NOT?

For a long time now, I have been battling with the same question. Many of my clients and friends have also asked me about wax and which is the best method to maintain locs. First of all wax or moulding gel is the most common method of locs maintenance. For the simple reason that it keeps the locs looking neat and smooth. But just like everything else, it has its pros and cons. From a personal experience, using wax in excessive amounts will damage your locs, they will start having build up (the whitish stuff) and it’s really hard to get it out. Your locs will appear untidy and you may even start hating them to the point of wanting to cut them. If you want to use wax for your retouch, please visit your loctitian, he or she will know the right amount of wax to use in retouching your locs and the right way to dry them.
